Spoken from a platform of true ignorance and faith in an intellect being carried around in a mud sack. I get it. I spoke from the same platform for a long time. Consider. This dating system in which you have so much faith is founded on the quicksand of human understanding. There is no written history further back than 3500 B.C. or so. All else is speculation based on the accumulated knowledge of our time. And you say we are fools. You have faith. Just not in the right things.
Some of that is NT and Jesus was clear that all the old laws were in effect
White as a ghost ?....?? ??
Justin is a good example of a Liberal. 'nuff said. Have a good one.
I'm not sure I understand the question well enough to answer. I'll try, but I am only guessing at what is being asked.
So do Australian beaches, mate. I live five minutes away from one of the best coastlines and beaches in the world and Australia is full of gorgeous females from all over the world who frown on tan lines on their breasts.
Certain ones now? Smh
This is the primary issue. We fundamentally and irreconcilably disagree on our doctrine of scripture. We are not debating the ordination of wisdom. We are debating the role of scripture in governing the church.
Would you say it gets more and more correct?
It is only make believe. Probably best not to take it too seriously.
Just setting up my calendar for next months payment schedule... Can't believe it's June tomorrow.

"* Belief that man is created in the image of God rather than a meaningless cosmic accident and that because of that every life has a purpose and is infinitely valuable"

Since you mention 1 Corinthians ?let?s look at I Corinthians: First Corinthians was probably written around 55 CE. It was written mainly to deal with some practical problems that were besetting the Christian community in Corinth. There were problems of cases of sexual immorality (5:1-13), legal issues (6:1-11), issues relating to marriage and singlehood (7:1-40), acceptability of consuming meat offered to idols (8:1-13; 10:1-11:1), issues regarding prophecy and speaking in tongues (11:2-16) and how the rich were relating to the poor (11:18-22). Yet even here Paul was also facing problems with his mission. There are two passages in this epistle where Paul felt compelled to defend his apostleship. The first is:
Maybe you should read the conversation I was having before trying to butt into one without any idea...
I feel like if you?re creating life in your own image for the purposes of entertainment, even if you?re immortal, that?s still pretty twisted.
Haven't you heard? The claimant has the burden of proof. Haven't you heard, claims are not synonymous with proof. Nothing to do with similar experiences, dishonest one.
Hmm. I wonder if he is a southpaw. Good luck with the righties.
That certainly makes sense. Other excellent scholars include EP Sanders, Paula Fredriksen, Dale Allison, Dale Martin and Larry Hurtado - all very qualified and respected historians. It's always worth it to see what a variety of scholars think on various issues. Some things they definitely disagree on, but there's quite a bit they do agree on.
Your cred went out the window the moment you plagiarized.
Yea, I agree with that as the way it was worded. But there are those who conflate that with the idea that there should be no laws to protect people from racism. The fact is that there are racists, and there has to be laws to protect the rights of others from that racism.
Of course the choice is about the life of the foetus and mother, in the widest possible sense, but nothing you have written persuades me that the choice is not hers to make, nor that her decision should not be acquiesced to. Certainly not that the Government of the day, nor any religion should have a hand in forbidding/allowing the choice to be made. It seems to me that enforcing, as far as possible a term limit is a reasonable compromise. Along with easily obtainable contraception and the "morning-after" pill.
I think that you?re right and that it?s hard to trust people with regards to stuff like that it?s always better when you have legal representation handling it
